Association Online is a leader in providing the industry with homeowners associations (HOA) information, document handling, research and the creation and improvement of process solutions. They serve the information needs of lenders, investors, mortgage servicers, property managers, asset managers and HOAs to ensure the seamless transfer and management of property through the AO Product Suite's fifteen product offerings.

Association Online's web application is the backbone of their business. Unfortunately, it was in need of support that the company who developed it could no longer provide.

After learning about the business and evaluating the existing technology, Squarei was tasked with rebuilding the application from scratch. They delivered the line of business web application with a new database, updated user interface and completely new functionality, including bulk data processing, a content management system, document repository, social media integrations, and complex workflow engines.

Over the last 10+ years we have delivered hundreds of upgrades and new features. We continue our partnership with Association Online today and are currently working on a complete technology refresh.
